TCS Packaging and Shipping Guidelines

Follow these steps to ensure your parcel is packaged securely and meets TCS standards for smooth transit:

Step 1: Choose the Right Box

• Select a sturdy box to adequately protect your items during transit.
• Remove any old labels or stickers from the box to avoid confusion.

Step 2: Use Internal Packaging

• Include a copy of the shipping label inside the parcel as a backup in case the external label is damaged or lost.

Step 4: Seal the Parcel and Attach Labels

• Use strong parcel tape to seal your box securely.
• Attach the shipping label to the top of the box, ensuring the delivery address is clearly visible.

Step 5: Add a Distinguishing Mark

• Mark your box with a unique identifier (e.g., your initials or a specific sticker) to make it easy to recognize.

Step 6: Take a Photo for Your Records

• Before handing over the parcel to TCS, take a clear photo of the packaged parcel with the label attached.
